Sam Seda/Apis Malfiore
Apis malfiore is an outlet for the manifold anxieties of the world today. Heavy drones and shimmering harmony facilitate an inward turn, guiding thoughts towards and through bleak and harsh truths. Concordant dissonance abounds as right and wrong notes layer and coalesce into an ever-changing temple of sound that is gradually built, disassembled, and dismissed, hopefully carrying some negativities, my own and those offered by listeners, with it into a silence somehow larger than the one preceding it. Bridging harsh and ambient, Deep Listeners will be rewarded. (Portland ME) Bandcamp; Youtube

Stephan hines/Denshi
Denshi started as me wanting to make noise with just a program on my computer, then evolved into a full project. I started performing by banging on metal with drum sticks, reading politically charged on stage with a microphone plugged into effect pedals, and performing with local bands in various forms. My idea for the projects eventually went from just making noise to experimenting with different ways to make noise. Today I use synths, sampling and drones, while adding a more physical aspect to my performance. (Houston TX) Bandcamp
